Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 10 days from the payment date.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via info@norwegianprime.com.

Please note that if you withdraw from the course after the 10-day period or fail to attend any part of the course, no refund will be issued, and 100% of your payment will be retained.

In the unlikely event that we cancel the course, we reserve the right to do so up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. In such cases, a full refund of your course fees will be provided.

Bookings

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your payment has been processed and your enrollment is complete.

Payment Terms

Conduct and Safety

We reserve the right to deny admission or remove from the course any participant who engages in abusive, disruptive, or discriminatory behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

All communications between course participants and instructors are strictly confidential.

Course Access and Technology Requirements

All course content is owned by NorwegianPrime, with certain materials licensed from third-party providers (referred to as "third-party content").

Without prior written permission from NorwegianPrime, you may not:

• Share, distribute, or supply any course content to others;
• Remove copyright or trademark notices from any course materials;
• Create a database or systematically download and store course content;
• Modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit any course content, except as explicitly allowed in these terms.

Use of Student Work

By participating in this course, you agree that any work you submit as part of course activities (e.g., assignments, projects, etc.) may be used as examples in future courses or promotional materials, with your explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

NorwegianPrime is not responsible for any technical issues, such as internet connectivity or software failures, that may affect your ability to participate in the course. Our liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the participant.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through amicable negotiation.
