Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your email address and password (stored securely, never readable by us).
• Free Chapter 1: the email address you give to open it.
• Consultation requests: the name, email and details you write in the booking form.
• Purchases: what you bought, when, and your subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Learning progress: which chapters and exercises you have completed.
• Basic visit statistics: anonymous page counts so we can see how the site is used.

2. Why we use it

• To give you access to the courses and lessons you have paid for.
• To answer your consultation request and arrange lessons.
• To send account emails such as sign-up confirmation, password reset and receipts.
• To keep accounting records, as Norwegian law requires.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your permission.

3. Who helps us

We use a few trusted services to run the site: Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider for accounts and course access, and FormSubmit to deliver consultation requests to our inbox. They only process your data to provide their service to us.

4. Cookies

We only use what the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and progress data while you have an account. Payment records are kept for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires. Consultation requests are deleted when they are no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@norwegianprime.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. See also our terms of service.
