Terms of Service

1. What we offer

• Self-study courses: Norwegian A1 to A2 (1000 kr) and B1 to B2 (1700 kr). Each is a single payment. Chapter 1 of each course is free.
• Live lesson plans paid monthly: One-to-one (2500 kr per month), Small group (1700 kr per month) and Exam track (2750 kr per month).
• A free 20-minute consultation, with no obligation to buy.

Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and are the total you pay at checkout.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy and use paid content. Keep your login details private. A course purchase is for your personal use only, so please don't share your account or copy the course material.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You get a receipt by email after each payment.

4. Self-study courses and your right of withdrawal

Under Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Courses are digital content that opens right after payment. By completing the purchase you ask for immediate access and agree that your right of withdrawal ends once the course is unlocked. For that reason we do not refund courses after access has been given.

If something is wrong with a course, such as content that does not work, contact us and we will fix it.

5. Monthly lesson plans

• Lesson plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Payments for months that have already started are not refunded.
• To cancel, email info@norwegianprime.com.

6. Booking and rescheduling lessons

You can reschedule a lesson for free up to 48 hours before it starts. A lesson cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice counts as used. If we have to cancel a lesson, we will offer you a new time.

7. Content and copyright

All course material, texts, exercises and designs on this site belong to Norwegian Prime. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy, resell or publish them.

8. Results

We do our best to help you learn, but your progress depends on your own practice. We cannot promise a specific level or exam result.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, unless Norwegian law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we can't agree, you can contact Forbrukerrådet for help before going to court.
